For small jobs, $75 books a scheduled visit and covers the first half hour of work. After that, handyman and repair work bills at $75 per hour, and licensed plumbing or electrical work bills at $125 per hour — itemized separately.

For larger jobs, you walk your phone camera around the project and we quote it flat — no waiting for an in-person visit and no charge for the estimate. You approve a number before any work is scheduled.
